Make High Vibe Choices with Muscle Testing
Raising your vibration, or personal frequency is a great way to feel healthier, happier, and more deeply connected with your Spirit.
The scale on the left shows the numerical scale we use to measure electromagnetic frequency or vibration. When we know the vibrations of everything we choose, we can make great choices for the health of our bodies, minds, and Spirit.
A lower vibration is not necessarily “bad” or “wrong,” but it is a slower moving, denser wave-form. This means that manifestation is often delayed, and you likely won’t be feeling that high vibrational buzz very much. Sometimes you might WANT to be in a slower-moving vibration while you sort through some energies or issues and do some self-healing.
The key here is that there is no Right or Wrong when it comes to vibration. It’s all neutral.
YOU get to choose what kinds of vibrations you want to feel on a regular basis, by choosing what you invite into your life and spend the most of your time and attention on. This applies to emotions, as the scale on the left refers to, as well as physical items.
For example, a healthy tomato or green leafy vegetable usually registers a vibration around 500 or above, while a steak usually vibrates between 150 and 250. You can check the vibrational level of your foods before eating them, to make healthier choices for yourself. You can do this with a pendulum, or by using an applied kinesiology technique called muscle testing.
There are many ways to raise your vibration. Some of the most popular and widely discussed methods include Meditation, deep breathing, energy healing, Reiki, prayer, and positive affirmations. The fuel you give your body, the clothes you wear, and every choice you make either raises, maintaines, or decreases your vibration.

Applied Kinesiology – Muscle Testing
To perform the Muscle Testing technique, make an ‘OK’ symbol with your first finger and thumb of both hands. Now interlink them.
Breathe deeply, evenly, and calmly. Place your feet firmly on the floor, legs uncrossed. This will help you get an accurate result.
When you ask a question that can be answered by Yes or No, you’re going to pull the fingers against each other.
If the link holds strong, that is a YES answer. If the link breaks easily, the answer is NO.
The link holds strong. This is a YES answer.
The link was weak and broke. This is a NO answer.

Now that you have an instant, accurate, yes or no decision about what’s best for you, use Muscle Testing to determine if something is in the right vibration for you. This can be as simple as regularly asking the question:

If you’re really curious about the specific, measurable vibration of an object, you can Muscle Test with yes/no questions about the vibration level.
“Is this sandwich vibrationally 200 or higher?”
If you get a yes, proceed up the scale until you get a no. Go up and down until you reach the strong YES for the statement “This sandwich is vibrationally _____ (insert number).”
